Paperless recorder troubleshooting

The paperless recorder records the collected data/computed data in a storage system inside the instrument on a time-based basis, without consuming any common recording facilities such as paper and ink. The stored data recorded in the instrument is displayed on the LCD screen after calculation and simulation. Commonly used display LCD screens are more extensive. On the LCD screen, you can display digital display, bar graph display, curve display, alarm list, and so on.

Fault and handling method:

1. The meter is not working.
A. Check if the wiring of the 220V power terminal is correct.
B. Check if the instrument fuse is blown;
C. Unscrew the fixing screws behind the instrument and pull the watch core from the front. Check whether the cable between the power supply board and the main board are properly connected.
2, the LCD backlight is bright, but no characters and curves are displayed.
Check that the meter shows that the cable is properly connected.
3. The channel does not enter the number, that is, the channel signal value is changed, and the channel display value does not change.
A. Use a multimeter to measure the signal on the terminal block.
B. Check whether the channel module switch and signal type are set correctly.
C. Open the case and check if the channel signal cable is connected.
4. The channel measurement value is not allowed.
A. In the parameter setting of the check channel, whether the setting of the signal type is consistent with the actual access signal type;
B. Whether the module switch setting of the channel is consistent with the signal type of the channel;
C. Check if the signal wiring is correct and the signal cable is in good contact;
D. After confirming that there is no problem, recalibrate the meter (note that the signal source accuracy must be higher than 0.1%). If the meter calibration is not normal (cannot be calibrated), or the calibration is normal but the channel measurement is still not normal, please contact the paperless recorder. factory.
