Residual chlorine analyzer installation precautions

The residual chlorine analyzer can be widely used for continuous monitoring of residual chlorine in various water quality in electric power, waterworks, hospitals and other industries. It is used for continuous monitoring and control of residual chlorine content in aqueous solution for drinking water treatment plants, canning plants, drinking water distribution networks, swimming pools, cooling circulating water, and water treatment projects.
Installation Precautions:
All power and plumbing connections must comply with national and local standards. The front end of the instrument power supply must be equipped with an insulation switch or a circuit disconnect switch.
In order to prevent safety and to avoid interference from external signals, the instrument power cord should be connected to the corresponding specifications, the grounding mark, the electrical standard-compliant socket, and the grounding wire must be well grounded.
Install the sensor in an easy-to-access location for easy periodic cleaning and maintenance of the sensor.
Avoid installing the sensor in a location where bubbles are concentrated to prevent interference signals.
Install the sensor near a representative, good sampling point.
The wiring part of the instrument is detailed in the wiring diagram. The user's power supply capacity must meet the requirements of the normal use of the instrument.
Avoid direct sunlight from the transmitter and avoid vibrations on the transmitter.
The transmitter should be mounted slightly above the operator's head-up position, allowing the operator to navigate the panel or perform control operations.
Allow enough space for the transmitter cabinet to be opened and maintained.
The instrument should be installed indoors or in a position with protective devices, and no flammable or explosive materials should be placed around it.
Install the sensor in the right position to ensure a representative measurement.
The installation position of the residual chlorine analyzer should be selected so that the user and the installation and maintenance personnel can read the instrument nameplate and screen information, which is convenient for use, maintenance and overhaul.
