In October, one automatic laser welding production line will be purchased, and two internationally advanced friction welding lines and one automatic intelligent production line will be introduced. At present, the company has 22 steel piston equipment and design patents. It is the only company in the world that has both laser welding, friction welding and brazing technology. The unique steel piston pin hole ultrasonic strengthening process is developed and produced for high performance. The Liuzhou Steel Piston has built a high-end platform. In terms of aluminum pistons, the company has developed new piston materials that meet the needs of the country's six. The new technologies such as pressurization, ceramic addition, liquid die forging, rapid cooling, and throat remelting have been maturely applied in high-end products. Continuously increase R&D investment, research and development, and know how to make the aluminum piston a global leader.

Lin Fenghua said that the current cooperative relationship between Bohai Piston and Yuchai is developing well, and the two sides have frequent high-level exchanges. They hope to seize the opportunity of the upgrade of the Sixth National Congress, further strengthen the strategic cooperation between the two sides, and enhance the pace of high-quality development of both sides. Later, Lin Fenghua accompanied the company to visit the corporate culture exhibition hall and the fourth factory workshop.

He fully affirmed the patents obtained by Bohai Piston in the field of design and equipment. He hoped that the technical personnel of both sides would dock as soon as possible, combining the R&D and equipment of Bohai Piston.
