According to the production process requirements, the power meter flow meter measures the amount of flue gas and the total recovered gas volume of the four converters in the collection computer, and uses the soft measurement technology of the power meter flowmeter to virtualize the smoke volume of the four converter flue gas meters. Logic instruments such as recoverable gas and recovered gas are shown in Figure 3.
The flow measurement of the converter gas was completed by 5 test tube power meter flowmeters. When the gas pressure is lower than 6.8 kPa, the operator starts the gas recovery device, and the recovered gas switch signal is “ONâ€, and the recovered gas flow can be calculated. One measuring tube flowmeter logically realizes three instrument functions, so that there are 12 logical instruments, which are realized by four physical flow meters. Where: Qo is the flue gas flow; Qk is the recoverable gas volume; Qy is the recovered flue gas flow rate; Kk is the recoverable gas switch quantity signal; Ky is the recovered gas switch quantity signal.
The power meter flow meter can calculate the accumulated value of the amount of flue gas, the amount of recoverable gas, and the amount of recovered gas by using the integral method.
